As the sales manager of one of the largest Internet ergonomics retailers, www.thehumansolution.com, I get asked questions all the time about how to pick merchandise, whether it’s a chair, a desk, a keyboard, mouse or something else. Picking the right equipment is important, especially if you’re in your chair and at your computer all day long like me.
I’m not an ergonomist, though this is a title that can be easily abused. Lots of people call themselves an ergonomist, but in truth there are only about 1000 genuinely certified Professional Ergonomists (CPE). I work for one and have learned a lot from him.
